a. Refugee Camps: Ummah Relief is continuously helping refugees by providing basic needs such as food, clothing, Medical, Shelter, Ramadan Iftar, and Udhiya/Qurbani.
b. Orphanage Program: URI has an orphanage sponsorship program in various countries (Bosnia, Kosova, Pakistan, Kashmir, Afghanistan, Palestine and Somalia). The monthly sponsorship is $30.00. This is an ongoing program as there are thousands of orphans waiting for your help.
c. Due to the shortage of water: Food and medicine, UMMAH relief is providing help and assistance to the most affected areas by disasters.
d. Hospitals and Medical Support programs: This is a very critical problem due to the lack of healthy and safe conditions. The situation is worsening in refugee camps in Kashmir, Pakistan, Palestine, Sudan, Somalia affected areas and wherever health assistance is needed. Sickness and diseases are spreading beyond control. URI is currently providing emergency treatment in Kashmir and Pakistan. We need all kinds of support for the needy people in disaster affected areas.
e. Educational Programs: Ummah Relief's top priority is to help provide good education to the less fortunate people.
f. Ramadan Iftar Program: Every year, URI arranges the Iftar program and food distribution in several countries.
g. Zakat and Fitra distribution program: URI regularly distributes your donated Zakat and Fitra to the deserving and needy people.
h. Sadqa, Fidya, Kaffara and other Fisabililla donations: Deserving and needy people receiving food and other necessary commodities.
i. Udhiya Program: Thousands of Muslim families are benefiting from this seasonal program. We work hard to share the joy and meaning of Eid with the less fortunate people.
j. Women assistance program: URI is providing help to the needy deserving women especially for those who don't have any income, by distributing sewing machines and materials. Sewing machines $85.00, Sewing kit $25.00.
k. Vocational skill education: URI is helping needy and deserving students who want to learn technical skills so that they can be self sufficient and support their own families.
l. Bread making oven project: Ummah Relief is supporting needy people to establish their own business such as Bread making oven. This project cost $250.00. |
